Debra Cruz was born in Fort Lauderdale , Florida on June 21, 1954 . Ms. Cruz received her undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Florida in 1976 and went on to receive her J.D. in 1980. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1981, she went on to be admitted to both the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars in 1991. Ms. Cruz maintains the following memberships: The Bar Association of Baltimore City (member of the Professional Ethics and Continuing Legal Education Committees), the Florida Bar, The District of Columbia Bar, Maryland State and American Bar Associations, and the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association. She is also a member of the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission Peer Review Committee. Ms. Cruz concentrates her practice in the areas of Tort Litigation, General Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Family Law and Domestic Relations Litigation.
