Estate, Taxes & Elder Law
Estate, Trusts & Elder Law
Levin & Gann, P.A.'s Estates, Trusts and Elder Law Department chaired by Andrew R. Sandler, designs estate plans for clients at all levels of wealth accumulation and all types of personal and family situations. Planning includes the careful review of a client's assets, determining the overall family objectives, drafting the necessary wills, trusts and other documentation, monitoring gift giving programs and ensuring all necessary compliance with the Internal Revenue Service and related State agencies. In addition, the Department administers estates and trusts, and assists in ongoing tax planning and compliance.
Estate planning services at Levin & Gann focus on the clients desires. By gaining a thorough understanding of the client's assets and concerns, Mr. Sandler and Mayer E. Guttman guide the client through the options available to ease the decision-making process. Our final plans reflect the client's concerns, optimize the retention and control of assets, and preserve flexibility as estate tax laws evolve.
The Estates, Trusts and Elder Law Department also provides experienced representation on issues including matters of guardianship, government programs, and medical and health concerns for young and aging clients.
