Stanford G. Gann, Jr., a native of Baltimore, is a principal with the law firm of Levin & Gann, P.A. He primarily handles and litigates construction, property boundary and bankruptcy matters. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Federal Taxation. Mr. Gann also earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore Business School. Mr. Gann received a Bachelor of Accountancy from the George Washington University, and served as an accountant prior to entering the field of law. He is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal courts in Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the United States Claims Court and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Gann has lectured on real estate, boundary dispute, bankruptcy and mechanic's lien issues. He represents a wide range of clients, from financial institutions and developers to local corporations and individuals. Mr. Gann is a member of the Baltimore City and Baltimore County Bar Associations, as well as the Maryland State Bar Association, and serves on a number of committees, including the Alternate Dispute Resolution committee, the Professionalism Committee, the Technology Committee and the Bench-Bar Committees.
