The land use, zoning and administrative practice of Levin & Gann , PA. is directed under the Chairmanship of Howard L. This practice includes representation in negotiations with local and state governmental agencies, representation before planning boards, zoning boards and commissioners, Boards of Appeal, trial and appellate courts.
