Andrew R. Sandler graduated from Georgetown University in 1972 and received his law degree with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1975. He was elected to Order of the Coif, a national honor society for law school graduates. In 1979, Mr. Sandler received his Masters of Law in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Sandler devotes his time to general corporate and business representation, primarily for closely held businesses and estate planning. He also chairs the Business and Corporate Law Department of the Firm. In that capacity, Mr. Sandler combines his business and estate planning background in business succession planning for closely held family businesses as many of the firm's clients successfully transition from senior to junior generations, preserving businesses which have remained in families for generations. Mr. Sandler lectures in these areas.
