Kimberly Foerster graduated magna cum laude from Penn State University in 2014 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Business. While at Penn State, she became a member of the Phi Beta Kappa National Honors Society.
Ms. Foerster earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2017, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Maryland Law Review and graduated cum laude.
After graduation, Ms. Foerster served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Cahill, Jr. in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. In 2017, she was admitted to the Maryland bar.
Ms. Foerster joined the Business and Corporate Law Department of Levin & Gann, P.A. in 2018. Her practice areas include Business Law, Taxation, Estate Planning, and Real Estate.
