Mark H. Weisner, a lifelong resident of Baltimore, Maryland, graduated from Frostburg State University with a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration in 1994. Mr. Weisner earned an M.B.A. in Management from Loyola College (now Loyola University Maryland) in 2001. From 1994 to 2002, Mr. Weisner worked as a Corporate Accountant in the manufacturing and service industries.
Mr. Weisner earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2005, where he served as an Associate Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review and participated in the University of Baltimore Civil Advocacy Clinic. Mr. Weisner graduated magma cum laude, and was inducted into the Heuisler Honor Society for graduating in the top 10% of his class. After graduation, Mr. Weisner served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Steven G. Chappelle in the Circuit Court for Charles County, Maryland. From 2007 to 2014, Mr. Weisner worked in a Baltimore boutique firm where he focused exclusively on Estate Planning and Administration.
Mr. Weisner joined the Business and Corporate Law Department of Levin & Gann, P.A. in 2015. His practice focuses on Estate Administration and Planning.
