Randolph C. Knepper

Randolph C. Knepper was admitted to the Maryland Bar in December, 1977, after graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Malcalester College and from Northeastern University School of Law. He has since been admitted to the bars of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Knepper joined the Firm in 1980.

Mr. Knepper focuses in employment law, advising businesses and employees in matters ranging from discrimination and restrictive covenants to personnel manuals, and advocates for those clients before administrative agencies and in the court system. In addition to this focus, he practices appellate review and civil litigation in the areas of domestic and small business and professional disputes.

Mr. Knepper has been an officer and board member of several charitable and community organizations. He is a member of the Baltimore City, and Maryland State Bar Associations. He has served as chair of committees, member of the Executive Council and Editor of the City Bar Monthly for the Bar Association of Baltimore City and on the Board of Governors of the Maryland State Bar Association.
