Jessica Duvall

Jessica Duvall is a seasoned creditors’ rights and commercial litigation attorney who represents lenders, landlords, and trade creditors in complex matters involving bankruptcy, receivership, foreclosure, and judgment enforcement. She focuses her practice on protecting secured positions, maximizing recoveries, and developing practical, business-minded strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
Jess’s practice spans Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, fraudulent transfer and preference litigation, and residential and commercial real estate disputes, including foreclosure, tax sale, lease, zoning, and land use matters. She also negotiates loan restructures, forbearance agreements, and modifications, and pursues post-judgment remedies such as confessions of judgment, garnishments, charging orders, and examinations in aid of enforcement.
In addition to her creditors’ rights work, Jessica handles commercial litigation, appeals, and general business matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Jess practiced in the creditors’ rights and bankruptcy groups of mid-sized and large Baltimore-based firms and before that served as law clerk to the Honorable Kevin F. Arthur of the Appellate Court of Maryland.
