Maryland Tiered Fine Schedule for Speed Camera Violations
Effective October 1, 2025, Maryland has enacted a tiered fine schedule for camera ticket violations. While such violations are “civil” penalties, are not reported to the Motor Vehicle Administration, and do NOT result in point assessments, the financial consequences can be significant.
